Who we are
The data controller for this website is Marni Lindsay, trading as She Builds with Claude, United Kingdom. As a small sole trader, we are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer, but you can reach us directly at marni@shebuildswithclaude.com with any data-related enquiry.

This website is hosted as a static site on Vercel and does not currently use analytics tools, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. We do not intentionally collect browsing data, device identifiers, or IP addresses. If we add analytics tools in future, this policy will be updated and appropriate consent mechanisms put in place before any tracking begins.

Kit (email marketing)

Skool (community platform)
Our community is hosted on Skool. If you join via our Skool link, Skool acts as a separate data controller and their own privacy policy applies. We encourage you to review Skool's privacy policy before joining.
Vercel (website hosting)
Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., based in the United States. Vercel may process limited technical data (such as IP addresses) as part of serving the site. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
