AI & Automation Discovery
You know there are probably better ways to run parts of your business.
Maybe you're spending too much time on repetitive admin. Information lives in too many places. Processes have evolved as the business has grown. Your team has developed workarounds. Or you keep hearing about everything AI and automation can do, but you're not sure where it would genuinely make a difference in your business.
That's where I come in. My 90-minute Discovery Session is a deep dive into how your business works today — so we can uncover where AI, automation and better systems could save time, reduce friction and help your business run better.
No generic list of AI tools. No automating for the sake of automating.
Just your business, how it works and where the real opportunities are.

Start here
In fact, that's the point.
You might know something isn't working quite as well as it could, without knowing why. Perhaps:
You don't need to arrive with the solution.
We'll find the opportunities together.
My approach
I don't start with technology. I start with your business.
It's the framework I use when helping businesses introduce AI, automation and better systems.
B
First, understand the business.
Your goals. Your customers. Your offers. Your knowledge. Your tools. Your people. What's important to you and how you want the business to work.
O
Then look at what actually happens.
The processes. The repetitive work. The bottlenecks. The handoffs. The workarounds. Where information moves. Where things get stuck.
S
Comes later — once we know what's worth building.
S
And eventually, once the foundations hold.
Your Discovery Session focuses on those crucial first two stages:
Brain + Observe
Because before we decide what to build, automate or change, we need to understand what we're actually trying to improve.
Before our session
Before we meet, you'll complete my free audit.
This gets you thinking about your business before we even get on the call — where your time goes, what's repetitive, where things feel clunky and what technology you're already using.
It also gives me context before our session. I'll review your responses in advance so we don't waste the first 30 minutes going through the basics.
Instead, we can get straight into the interesting stuff.
Take the free auditSession details, pricing and booking come at the end of the audit.
The session
This isn't a presentation and it isn't a sales call.
It's a working session.
I'll ask questions. Lots of them.
You'll walk me through your business and the areas that aren't working as well as you'd like.
Depending on what we uncover, we might map a customer journey, follow information through your systems, unpack a particularly time-consuming process or look at how work moves between different people in your team.
We'll explore questions like:
Where is your time actually going?
What are you doing repeatedly?
Where are you entering the same information more than once?
What relies on somebody remembering to do something?
Where are your customers waiting unnecessarily?
What could AI help with?
What could be automated?
What could simply be removed?
And importantly:
What should stay human?
You'll get observations and ideas from me throughout the session.
But I won't rush to give you a polished solution while we're still uncovering the problem.
After the call
The call is only one part of Discovery. After our session, I'll take your audit responses, everything we've discussed and the processes we've explored and analyse the bigger picture.
I'll look for connections, opportunities and priorities that aren't always obvious while you're in the middle of running the business.
You'll receive your personalised
Your report brings together what we've uncovered and turns it into clear, practical recommendations. It will include:
You'll receive your report within 3 working days of our session.
Why it matters
Because the expensive mistake isn't usually failing to automate something.
It's automating the wrong thing.
Businesses can spend thousands implementing new software, building automations or adding AI without first asking whether the underlying process actually makes sense.
Sometimes the answer isn't an automation. Sometimes it's:
Discovery gives us the space to work that out before you invest in building anything.
The outcome
By the end of Discovery, you'll understand:
And you'll have a written report you can come back to — rather than a notebook full of ideas from a call.
Afterwards
That depends on what we uncover.
You may discover there are several things you can change yourself straight away.
You might take the report to your team or an existing technology provider.
Or you might decide you'd like me to help you implement the recommendations. If that's the case, we can move into the next stage of BOSS:
S
This is where we take the right opportunities and turn them into better processes, AI workflows, automations or systems.
If there's something I think I can help you build, I'll explain what I'd recommend and what working together could look like.
But there is no obligation to continue working with me.
Discovery is a standalone consulting product.
The report is yours.

What clients say

"These tips are life-changing for me and will give me back hours and hours of time. I can't believe I've been doing this manually."
FAQ
No. You don't need to know what tools you need, what's possible or even exactly what needs fixing. That's what Discovery is designed to uncover.
No. This is a paid consulting session with a standalone deliverable. If you want me to help implement something afterwards, we can discuss that separately.
Yes. Your audit gives me important context before we meet and means we can use our 90 minutes for deeper Discovery rather than gathering basic information.
Absolutely. I'll share observations, challenge things and point out opportunities as we go. But I don't want to rush into recommendations before I've properly understood the problem. Your final prioritised recommendations come in your Discovery Report, after I've had time to analyse everything we've discussed.
No. Discovery is about deciding what is worth building before we build it. If we identify an obvious quick win, I'll tell you. But the purpose of this session isn't to start connecting software together on the call.
That's completely fine. Your audit will help us identify where the biggest opportunities might be, and we'll decide where to focus together.
Yes. If someone in your team is closely involved in the process we're exploring, having them there can be extremely valuable.
Discovery works best for established businesses that already have real processes to examine — enquiries, customers, marketing, delivery, administration, operations, finance or team workflows.
You don't need to be a huge business. You just need to have enough happening that you're starting to think: there has to be a better way of doing some of this.
Let's work out what the problem actually is.
90 minutes to understand your business.
A fresh pair of eyes on how you work.
A clear, prioritised plan for what to do next.
